We will be taking the network down over spring break for network and server maintenance. The maintenance period will begin at 12:01 a.m. March 9 and may last until 6 a.m. March 14. All Three Rivers network resources will be affected during this maintenance period including the student and employee email servers, all Three Rivers websites (Blackboard, myTRCC, etc), Colleague, and internet access on the campus. All these services may appear to be operational at times during this period, but should not be considered reliable and should not be used. VoIP phone service may also be affected, but we will make every effort to minimize any VoIP outages.
It is likely that we will be able to complete the maintenance early. If we do, we will send out a notification email announcing when the network is fully operational.

Course evaluation surveys for your courses are now available on CoursEval. The username and password is the same as logging into Blackboard and student email. You are welcome to visit the link above to login and submit your surveys:
Surveys from CoursEval are anonymous. CoursEval can track which students have completed a survey or not, but does not link the submitted results of this survey to any individual student.
Distance Learning Services has received multiple reports of individuals receiving emails from CoursEval, but unable to see the pictures and attachments. If your email is located in your “Junk” folder please move the email to your “Inbox” and mark the message as safe. The following displays a message if your email is blocking the pictures in the email:

If you receive this message please select “click here” to display the content that is being blocked. Emails from email@example.com are safe. I invite everyone who continues to have trouble to email their issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.
